NEW SUMMER INDOOR WALKING PROGRAM!!
From June 4th thru September 12th Parkinson's families can walk on the indoor track at the Pat Jones YMCA on Wednesdays and Fridays from 1-2 PM at no cost.
This is a relaxed, fun, self-paced walk where you can stay active indoors while avoiding the summer heat. Visit with others impacted by Parkinson's disease and get yourself ready for our Pound the Pavement for Parkinson's Walk/Run on September 20th!!
